We buy homes, renovate them, then sell or rent them.  The following are the standards we work to adhere to during this process:

While we will buy almost any quality home, we will ensure the work being done (everything from the ascetic to the structural) is of the highest degree to ensure that the quality of the home when we are done will exceed its market value.

Functionality: 

Whether it is taking down walls, opening up rooms, or relocating light fixtures, we work to make every home we renovate as functional as possible.

Efficiency:

We work with local professionals to ensure that our houses our sealed up and insulated properly and that all heating and cooling units are working as efficiently as possible.

Durability:

Anything from patching drywall and laying floors, to choosing colors and fixtures, we are intentional about the following:

-Ensuring our work doesn't just look good for a couple of months or years but for the life of the product.

-Reusing what we can when we can.

-Making every aspect of the house as timeless as possible, or at least feasibly changed or updated.
